trendsetter! In the early Christie years, Vic obviously
had a favourite shirt a smart, yellow top with frills.
VIC
has been pictured wearing that
shirt in various publicity photos of the group, even when
the shoots were done at different locations and different
times. Vic also wore the shirt for the first Yellow
River video.
Fans loved the shirt, and some even wrote in
to magazines asking where they could buy the shirt from.
In later years, when Lem Lubin joined the group,
Vic wore another shirt suspiciously resembling the first
yellow one. Could this have been the same shirt, but carefully
re-tailored?

Kensington Antique Market in Kensington, London. It
cost about £6.
